Try it before you pay
A licence is bound to the machine you activate it on. It covers the number of devices your plan states; a machine you stop using frees its slot after 45 days, and you can sign out on other devices from Settings → Licence at any time. If you replace a machine, nothing is lost.
Every install starts with a 3-day trial — full features, no card, no account. The three days start on your first build, not on install. Build whatever you like. Anything you build is yours to keep permanently, including after the trial ends and whether or not you ever buy.
That trial is deliberately how you decide. We would rather you found out Siklab Core is not for you without spending anything, than bought it and wanted the money back.
Cancelling
- Cancel renewal at any time, from the link on your Paddle receipt or by emailing us.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for —
it is not cut short, and an annual term is not prorated.
- Everything you built stays yours. Open it, run it, export it, ship it. Cancelling, lapsing, or the
trial ending never takes work away from you.
If something is genuinely wrong
We do not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee. What we do instead: if Siklab Core itself fails you — it will not activate, it will not run on a supported machine, or a licensing fault locks you out — email support@siklabcore.com and we will sort it out. We would rather fix the problem; where we cannot, we deal with it generously and case by case. Tell us what happened and include your order ID.
One thing we cannot refund, because it was never ours: what your AI provider charged you. Siklab Core drives an AI CLI you supply and pay for separately. Those tokens were spent with them.
Your statutory rights are untouched
Nothing on this page limits refund or withdrawal rights the law gives you — for example EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights for digital content, subject to their conditions. Those rights apply in full, regardless of anything above, and we will honour them.
How a refund is issued
Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. On refund the associated licence is deactivated; a subscription lapses at the end of the period already paid for.
